Findlay, Ohio, June 30, 2004 – Summer Douglass has been hired as news and media officer by The University of Findlay.

Previously she served as publicity coordinator for the Wallpaper Project, a state and local humanities organization based in Wapakoneta, Ohio. Douglass was also staff writer for Coin World from 2000-03. She covered international coin news and general numismatic news.

Douglass is a cum laude graduate of Miami University, with a bachelor’s degree in English/journalism. She was a member of the University Honors Program, WMSR student radio, Choraliers and The High Street Journal student newspaper.
