Findlay, Ohio, Sept. 8, 2004 – The University of Findlay will hold auditions for lead characters in the upcoming Christmas musical Two from Galilee Sunday, Sept. 12 from 1-3 p.m. in the Egner Center for the Performing Arts, room 209.
Two from Galilee, a dramatic musical based on the book by Marjorie Holmes, is built on the love story of Mary and Joseph and how God encounters people in their lives.
The musical will be produced by the University and the Parable Theatre Company in partnership with New Life Assembly of God, St. Andrews United Methodist Church and St. Marks United Methodist Church.
Performance dates are Dec. 17-18 at the Winebrenner Theological Seminary auditorium.
Those auditioning should be prepared to sing 16 bars of a song and read from a script.
Lead roles are available for three women and seven men.
