Attorney To Speak at UF

Findlay, Ohio, April 5, 2005 – Sylvania-area attorney Kevin Kenney will offer tips on “How to Start (and Run) a Law Firm” during his presentation at The University of Findlay on Wednesday, April 13, 2005, at 2 p.m. in Old Main Room 308.
Kenney is a 20-year partner in the law firm of Kenny & Niehuas in Sylvania, Ohio. Kenney has been successful in starting and running a moderate-sized law firm, which specializes in commercial and business law cases.
During his talk, Kenney will address many challenges that are involved in starting and running a law firm, including the importance of specializing in various areas of the law, avoiding potential liabilities, keeping the bottom line solid, dealing with obnoxious clients and more.
Kenney’s talk is being sponsored by the University’s Law and Liberal Arts Program and the University’s Convocations Committee.
The event is free and open to the public.
