Christian Rock Band to Play at UF

Aug. 18, 2005, Findlay, OH – Pawn, a Christian rock band, will perform at The University of Findlay on Friday, Sept. 2 at 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Cory Street Mall.

Pawn, known for their songs including “Vital Signs” and “Another Level,” is a five-member band that has played at various venues including the Yes Fest. Started in 1998, Pawn is one of the fastest-growing Christian rock bands in the country. According to Dave Kleeberger, the band’s publicist, Pawn’s shows are an energetic and exciting display of rap-rock, heavy metal, guitar and drum-pounding Christian performance.

The event is co-sponsored by Faith Community Church.

Tickets are not required for admission.
