UF to Present final Senior Forum

The University of Findlay’s Senior Forum, a six-week series of learning
experiences for people age 50 and older, will hold its final session
Wednesday, April 26, in the Alumni Memorial Union. The program will feature “History of Quilting in America” by Miriam Vance from 10:15-11:30 a.m. The
lunch session from noon to 1 p.m. will include “Turkey” by Dr. Andrew
Ludanyi, Ohio Northern University professor of political science. The
afternoon session from 1:15 to 2:30 p.m. will feature “How Does Your
Shade Garden Grow?” by UF adjunct professor of art, Anita McCandless. The forums, consisting of a variety of informative and entertaining sessions, have taken place every Wednesday since March 22. Cost
for an individual session is $5. A buffet lunch is available for an
additional $5 per day. A coffee/tea bar is available all day at no
