UF Theatre Students to Present Shakespeare

The University of Findlay’s Theatre Program will present “Shakespeare’s Histories: An Original Adaptation” at 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, to Friday, April 28, in the John and Hester Powell-Grimm Theatre.

This production is the culminating project of the University’s Advanced Acting class.  The students will present their own fully-produced adaptation of Shakespeare’s “history” plays — Richard II, Richard III, Henry IV, parts 1 and 2, Henry V, Henry VI, parts 1, 2, and 3, and Henry VIII.  This production has been selected to be performed at the Southeastern Theatre Conference, the largest theatre convention in the United States.

Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students and senior citizens.
