Corle and Rostorfer Featured Artists in UF’s 1124 Gallery

“Clay in Suspension,” a collection of ceramic works, is currently displayed in The University of Findlay’s 1124 Gallery, located at 1124 N. Cory St., Findlay, Ohio.

The exhibit, produced by Ed Corle, associate professor of art, and Martina Rostorfer ’05, graphic communication major, may be viewed weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. until Oct. 6.

Future 1124 Gallery exhibits include:

• Oct. 7 to Dec. 15 - “Landscapes Innerscapes,” photographs by Carole Elchert, adjunct assistant professor of communication.

• Jan. 19 to March 16, 2007 - “Theatrical Set and Costume Design,” by Jerry Deall, assistant professor of theatre.

• Date to be determined - A tribute to The University of Findlay’s 125th anniversary, UF campus photos by Anne Risser Lee, UF public information creative services coordinator.

The 1124 Gallery opened for the first time in October 2005. Featured artists have included UF faculty, staff and alumni. Exhibits such as paintings, weavings and photographs have been a few of the media displayed.
