The last stop on the tour will be Dietsch Brothers for an afternoon treat.

After dinner in Henderson Dining Hall, visitors will have the option of purchasing tickets to attend the first Concert and Lecture Series performance featuring the Toledo Opera at 8 p.m. in Winebrenner Theological Seminary (WTS). Tickets can be purchased by calling the box office at 419-434-5335.

A continental breakfast will be served to students’ families on Saturday, Sept. 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Alumni Memorial Union followed by a panel discussion in WTS: “A Day in the Life of a UF Student.” Panelists include UF faculty, staff and students.

From 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., visitors are invited to attend a family picnic and equestrian festival at the James L. Child Jr. Equestrian Complex on County Rd. 210, Findlay. Equestrian students and their horses will perform hunter, jumper and dressage demonstrations. For children, a clown, face painting and pony rides will be on site.

Family Weekend concludes with the UF versus Wayne State football game at Donnell Stadium at 7 p.m. The first 1,000 people to arrive at the game will receive a complimentary meal, which includes a pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw and baked beans, from the Red Pig Inn.
