Toledo Opera Opens UF’s Concert and Lecture Series

The University of Findlay’s Concert and Lecture Series opens its fourth
season at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, in the Winebrenner Theological
Seminary TLB Foundation Convocation Center with a performance by the
Toledo Opera.
Now in its 47th year, the Toledo Opera is recognized as one of the best
regional opera companies in the United States and is northwest Ohio’s
only fully professional regional opera company.
Under the leadership of Renay Conlin, general and artistic director,
the ensemble will open the Concert and Lecture Series with a
performance including selections from “Romeo and Juliet,” “Don
Pasquale,” “From Russia with Love” and “Tosca.”
Tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for senior citizens and $10 for
students. Admission for UF undergraduate and graduate students is free,
but a ticket is required. UF faculty and staff may purchase tickets for
$15. Tickets are available by calling the Box Office at 419-434-5335.
