More than 300 students will graduate from The University of Findlay during fall commencement ceremonies at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, in the Koehler Fitness and Recreation Complex.

A total of 188 graduate degrees will be awarded including 75 master of arts in education degrees; one master of arts in liberal studies degree; five master of arts in TESOL (teaching English to speakers of other languages) degrees; 91 master of business administration degrees; seven master of occupational therapy degrees; and nine master of environmental, safety and health management degrees.

A total of 145 undergraduate degrees will be conferred including 26 bachelor of arts degrees and 119 bachelor of science degrees.

Among the UF graduates are 55 international students, representing seven countries.

Dr. Richard Anderson, chairman of the board of The Andersons Inc., will give the commencement address. Dr. DeBow Freed, president of The University, will present Mr. Richard E. White of Findlay with an honorary doctor of business degree.

The University’s traditional Arch Ceremony will immediately follow commencement at approximately 3:30 p.m. at the Griffith Memorial Arch.
