UF to Host Criminal Justice Case Study Jan. 25

The University of Findlay College of Sciences Seminar and Lecture series will host Mr. Phillip Lucas, instructor of criminal justice, at 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 25, in the Martin Lecture Hall. Lucas will talk on “Homicide or Suicide” in a format allowing for audience participation.

Lucas has taught criminal justice and forensic science for more than 30 years, teaching at both The University of Findlay and Owens Community College.

Lucas is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and The Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy, and he is a certified fraud examiner. His recent accolades include being a supervisory special agent for the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force where he supervised all phases of criminal investigation related to homicide, fraud and child abuse and neglect.
