Ten area businesses sent representatives to The University of Findlay’s Alumni Memorial Union on Tuesday, Jan. 23, to conduct mock interviews with more than 40 students.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., each student took part in a 20-minute interview followed by a 10-minute feedback session from one of the employers. The interviews were conducted just as if the student was applying for a full-time job at the company, and employers gave honest feedback in order to help prepare students for the type of interview situation they will face upon graduation.

Professional dress and résumé were required from each student.

Participating businesses included Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., Blanchard Valley Health System, Marathon Pipeline, Graham Packaging Co., PROFIT Financial Design and Development Inc., First Communications Group Inc., Pry Professional Group, Marriott and Kelly Services.
