Alumni Art Show Reception Set for Sunday

The University of Findlay will host an alumni art exhibit reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14, in the Dudley and Mary Marks Lea Gallery, located in the Gardner Fine Arts Pavilion. It is free and open to the public.

Alumni from Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Texas submitted artwork for the show. Pieces include tapestry, hand-colored silver prints, wood engraving, pottery, glass, paintings, photographs, clay and sketches. Many pieces are for sale.

The alumni art exhibit was put together in recognition of the University’s 125th anniversary and the reception is one of the final events of Homecoming weekend.
