UF to Host Senior Art Exhibit Reception

The University of Findlay will host a reception in honor of 12 student artists from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, in the Dudley and Mary Marks Lea Gallery in the Virginia B. Gardner Fine Arts Pavilion.
The students of honor are seniors Sammantha Brown, Adam Craig, Ashley Elling-Crall, Valerie Hilde, Joey Hoffman, Justin Kruczkowski, Robert Lynch, Alejandro Ramirez, Jennifer Scott, Dixley Simms, Carla Towers and Jason Wilch.
The exhibit will feature work from each artist created during his or her years of study and creativity at The University of Findlay. The works include a variety of media, such as painting, ceramics, photography, sculpture, digital design, printmaking and drawing. Refreshments will be provided.
The 2008 Senior Art Exhibition will be open in the Dudley and Mary Marks Lea Gallery from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, Feb. 11 through March 14. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
