The University of Findlay welcomes Donna Gruber of Findlay as its director of undergraduate admissions. In her new position, she is responsible for providing leadership to the University’s undergraduate recruiting program and the management of all processes and procedures related to the recruiting, monitoring, admitting and enrolling of full-time undergraduate students.

“Donna brings with her a wealth of enrollment management experience, and we are very excited to have her as part of our staff,” said David Emsweller, vice president for student services.

Gruber previously worked for Owens Community College since 1998. Most recently, Gruber was the director of enrollment services, which included recruitment, admissions and academic advising. She served in that role since 2003, and prior to that served as coordinator of testing services and as a part-time academic adviser. Before joining Owens, Gruber was a branch manager for Adecco in both Findlay and Lima, where she handled recruitment, assessment and office management.

Gruber received her undergraduate degree from Niagara University and her graduate degree from National-Louis University. She currently is working on a doctorate in higher education at the University of Toledo.
