The University of Findlay’s Mazza Museum of International Art from Picture Books will present Diane Stanley with the 2008 Mazza Medallion at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 27, in the museum.

Stanley will talk about her work at 2 p.m., followed by a book and gift sale and autographing.

Admission is $5; call the museum at 419-434-5521 to purchase tickets by April 24. Tickets also may be available at the door, depending on presale.

In addition to being awarded the Mazza Medallion, Stanley is the recipient of the Washington Post/Children’s Book Guild Nonfiction Award. Her recent books include “Bella at Midnight,” “The Trouble with Wishes,” and “The Mysterious Case of the Allbright Academy.” She is working on “Mozart: the Wonder Child,” which will be available next winter.
