Findlay Hosts Scholarship Competition Day Dec. 5

The University of Findlay will host
a Scholarship Competition Day Dec. 5 for high school students who plan to
attend the University full time next fall.
Students
with a grade point average of at least 3.4 and a minimum ACT score of 23 are
invited to compete for scholarships of up to $5,000. A total of $50,000 in
scholarship funds is available at each competition day.
“The
University is proud to welcome such high-caliber students to campus to compete
for scholarships,” said Donna Gruber, director of undergraduate admissions.
“Each year, we are excited to see exceptional academic performance among the
students entering our freshman classes.”
Approximately 180
students will participate in the competition. Two additional scholarship
competition days will be held during the spring semester.
