In conjunction with the "Give Voice to Your Values" campaign, area businessman Jeff Doepker has established an endowment to support the men’s varsity basketball program at The University of Findlay. Doepker and his company, Time Staffing, Inc. are long-time fans of UF basketball. Doepker attributes the endowment to his respect and admiration for UF head coach Ron Niekamp who had served as his coach at Ottawa-Glandorf High School.

A founding partner of Selective Staffing, now a part of AON Consulting, Doepker provided hiring systems and their execution to Fortune 500 companies, such as Whirlpool, Sony and General Electric. In 1992, he partnered with Time Services to start Time Staffing in Northwestern Ohio. Today, he is president and CEO of Time Staffing, Inc. and has also formed The Doepker Group.

"Give Voice to Your Values" is UF’s $40 million fundraising campaign to help fund the classrooms, laboratories, learning spaces, scholarships and faculty research needed to continue the excellence that makes an education at The University of Findlay distinctive.
