The Office of Academic Affairs oversees all activities directly related to the academic programs of the University.  Reporting to the Vice President of Academic Affairs are the all deans, the Director of Shafer Library, the Executive Director of the Academic Support Center, the Director of Information Technology Services,  the Director of Academic Technology Services, and the Registrar. The Executive Administrative Assistant to the VPAA is Betsey Mascaro, 419-434-4553.

The office is responsible for faculty contracts, faculty and dean evaluations, academic programs and course scheduling, regional and special accreditations, assessment,  study-abroad programs, faculty and student grievances, academic support services, all technology services, and all commencement-related activities.
