group conversation or group study.
When checking out a key for a group study room,
at least 2 individuals in the group must be present at the

There is a two-hour limit on the
use of a room. One 2-hour renewal is allowed ONLY during periods of low
demand and IF no other student or group is waiting.
Personal items or library materials should not be left unattended for any
length of time, even with the door closed. The library is not responsible for
items left unattended in the library.
Every effort should be made to ensure that other library users are not
disturbed by the conversations in the group study room.
Users should abide by the Library's Food and Beverage Policy.
Groups wishing to use the white board should only use library-approved
markers. Markers are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk.
When a group finishes using a room, the room should be straightened. Please
discard any trash, clean the white board, and return all library furniture to
its proper places.
Lock room when you leave.
Room keys must be returned to the Circulation Desk. The key is
NOT to leave the building.
