CONGRATULATIONS RECENT GRADUATES!

Commencement 2012
The 2011 fall commencement has come and gone.  We believe it was a tremendous success with approximately 250 degrees conferred.

It is time to begin looking ahead to the Spring ceremony which is scheduled for Saturday, May 5, 2012 in the Malcolm Athletic Center of the Koehler Fitness and Recreation Complex.

REMEMBER:  If you plan to

graduate,
you must apply to do so through

the Office of the Registrar.

Commencement is a formal event for which you must wear a cap and gown. Orders will be taken on Wednesday, February 15 at Graduation Countdown which will be held in the lounge of the Alumni Memorial Student Union.  After February 15, you may order your regalia directly through the UF Bookstore by calling (419) 434-4561.

You are expected to pay for your cap and gown at the time it is ordered. The charge for the undergraduate regalia will be approximately $48 and $68 (tax included) for the master’s degree apparel, and $121 (tax included) for the doctoral degree apparel. Charges for late orders will be $5, $10 and $20 as the time draws near.  For more information, click here to visit the University Bookstore site.

On Tuesday, April 24, you may pick up your pre-ordered caps and gowns at Senior Salute between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the AMU Multipurpose Room. At that time you will also be able to check the spelling of your name in the program, check on outstanding balances, order invitations, seek career opportunities and eat free pizza!
