Study Log
The study log will help you monitor how much you study during a given week. By aligning the amount of study time with the grades you get on assignments and tests, you can make appropriate adjustments to your study schedule.
Fixed Commitment Master Calendar
This form allows you to write in those permanent activities like classes, work, and athletic commitments. You can write those activities in ink and then in pencil schedule study time, and personal and social activities
Test Anxiety Assessment
Do you believe that you could do better on your tests if you weren't so anxious? Take this survey to see how many anxiety characteristics you have. Then bring your results to the Academic Support Center for additional analysis and for suggestions to help you reduce your anxiety.
