Dr. Betty Siegel, the longest-serving woman president of a public university in the nation, will speak on “Invitational Leadership.”  This model is based on the principles of trust, optimism and intentionality and has been successfully applied in higher education, K-12 settings, corporate management, public administration, hospital administration, nursing, not-for-profit, human resources and counseling.  A certificate of attendance will be provided.  No pre-registration required.  This event is open to the public and alumni.
