There are two steps in applying for a Research Mini-Grant.

1. Download an application form (Microsoft Word format) by clicking here.  Complete the form, and then submit it to Ray McCandless, ATS Director.

2. Download and print a signature approval form (Adobe pdf format) by clicking here.  Fill out the form by hand, and then collect signatures from your Program Director and College Dean.   The signature approval sheet also needs to be submitted to Ray McCandless.  Applications will not be reviewed until receipt of the signed form.
