Productivity: How to Manage Your Email


Is your inbox always full? Learn how to keep your inbox to a reasonable size, keep yourself from going over quota, and help reduce the amount of spam you see in your inbox. You will also learn tips that can be used to make your emails a more effective communication tool. Please allow 2 hours for this session.

Productivity: Introduction to Macs

An in-depth session covering the details of the Calendar part of the new Zimbra Collaboration Suite. We will cover how to schedule appointments with a large group of people and pick the time when everyone is free.

Productivity: Zimbra Email  

An in-depth session covering the details of the Email part of the new Zimbra Collaboration Suite. A few topic highlights: Junk Mail, creating Signatures, filtering email into different folders automatically, searching efficiently, using tags, sharing a folder of email with another user, and creating a saved search.

Productivity: Zimbra, Zimlets, and Tasks Oh, My! 

An in-depth session covering Zimbra Tasks, Briefcases, and just what exactly a Zimlet is, and what they can do for you. Zimbra Tasks are like a to-do list you can use to keep track of your progress on a variety of different projects. Briefcases allow you to share a whole set of documents with other UF Faculty, Staff, & Students.

Zotero 

This session highlights Zotero, a free, easy-to-use Firefox extension to help you collect, manage, and cite your research sources. Using this tool, faculty can make bibliographic entries and in-text citations with one click, store and annotate PDFs from JSTOR, and much more.
