Vice President of Business Affairs, Martin Terry, is responsible for the financial and business operations of the University. This includes making sure the budget is balanced annually along with the collection, payment, and investing of the funds of the University. This office is held accountable for maintaining the campus, which also includes the housekeeping of the housing and dormitories.  The Vice President of Business Affairs is also responsible for the University stores, the print shop and mail services, athletics, human resources, school of environmental and emergency management, and the business portion of the University farms.
