Community-Based Research Opportunities

Community-based research is defined as

"…a partnership of students, faculty, and community members who collaboratively engage in research projects for the purpose of solving a social problem or creating social change" (Stoecker, par. 2)*

Faculty and students seeking to do community-based research may seek assistance from the Campus Compact Office in this process and can review a current description of Community-Based Research Needs with non-profit agencies in Hancock County.
