In an emergency
Student emergencies will be given first priority. During office hours, students may call or come to the office, and they will be seen as soon as possible. If a mental health emergency presents after hours, students are encouraged to call the 24-hour crisis hot line for Hancock County. The number is 1-888-936-7116. Students dealing with a domestic violence or rape crisis may also call Open Arms at 419-422-4766. Students can also contact a member of the Residence Life staff or Campus Security for assistance in contacting UF counselors after hours.
