v4: Basics Part I
Learn how to create v4 pages and the skills and tools relevant to your role as a v4 developer, manager, and/or publisher.
This is JUST Part 1, you will need to attend both Part 1 and Part 2 of v4 training.
Please go to http://edit.findlay.edu and login with your UFnet username and password.
If when you login you do not see the Findlay Homepage with a blue bar across the top (the blue bar will have a little count-down timer in the upper-right-hand corner) you will need to email v4@findlay.edu and tell them:
1. What Office or College you are a part of
2. As well as listing your role (Content Developer, Content Manager, or Content Publisher), if you know. Otherwise they will assign the role for you.
v4: Basics Part II
This is the second part of the v4 Basics training, you will need to attend both Part 1 and Part 2 to have a solid understanding of v4.
Please go to http://edit.findlay.edu and login with your UFnet username and password.
If when you login you do not see the Findlay Homepage with a blue bar across the top (the blue bar will have a little count-down timer in the upper-right-hand corner) you will need to email v4@findlay.edu and tell them:

v4: Building Online Forms
Learn how to create and configure a form for your v4 webpage that can enable the viewer to provide feedback, complete a questionnaire, and submit a small amount of text. Examples of current forms used on Findlay’s website include Admissions registration, facilities requests, and selected Fall camp reservations (CSI: Findlay). A customized response can be generated for the ‘applicant’. Please allow 1 ½ hours for this session.
v4: Incorporating Graphics
This is an overview of graphic requirements, photo composition, and software to achieve consistent photos for the v4 website.
v4 Work Session
The purpose of this session is to provide a time and place for you to come and work on your v4 pages. This is a good time to come and try new things within v4, to get a refresher of the basics, or to just work on pages with assistance close at hand. Please attend v4 Basics Part 1 & 2 prior to attending a v4 Work Session.
