Chairs

• Set-up fee 50 cents per chair (25 cents up and 25 cents down)

Tarps

• Setup fee $75 

Stage

• 12 four feet by eight feet sections (18 inch or 24 inch height)
• 40 four feet by four feet sections (48 inch or 60 inch height)

Skirting

• Standard stage, some skirting available

Hardwood Floor

• Tarps: Five man hours at $15 per hour, a total of $75 (total up and down)
• Floor covering: 20 man hours at $25 per hour, a total of $500 (total up and down)

Electrical

• two 200 amp three phase distribution panels, no charge
• Additional electrical needs are an additional cost

Extension Cords

• Not provided

Step Ladders

• six-foot step ladder available
• Anything taller is not available

Set-ups

• Any set-up being provided by group or outside company must be submitted on paper to the director of Facilities, Scheduling and Events for UF approval.

Extra Security

• Contracted with Findlay City Police at $22 per hour

Banners  

• Floor mounted or self-contained acceptable

Policies

• Events will be on the west end unless size requires more space
• If high rise lift is required it must be rented. Wheels must be covered with plastic or have white, non-marking tires. Lift cannot be driven on hardwood floor.
• Food service must be provided by Sodexho Campus Services
• Event doors will only be used if event totals more than 2,500 people
• No smoking
• No alcoholic beverages
• No red punch
• Fire exits may not be blocked
• No open flames or pyrotechnics
• Objects cannot be hung on curtains

Decorating allowed:

• masking or scotch tape (must be removed)
• string
• wire twisties

Decorating not allowed:

• confetti
• duct tape
