Tent Policy
The University of Findlay has two 20' X 40' tents and three 10' X 10' popup tents that may be rented. Rates for on-campus and off-campus groups are as follows:
UNIVERSITY OF FINDLAY FACULTY & STAFF
20’ x 40’ Tent
$150 plus setup fee and mileage
10’ X 10’ Pop-up
$25 user sets up
Setup fee
$100 if after hours (nights & weekends)
Mileage
$2 per mile (needs to be within 15 miles of campus
UNIVERSITY OF FINDLAY STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS & DEPARTMENTS
20’ X 40’ Tent
$50 setup fee (fee will be waived if student
organizations load the tables & chairs into the
trailer after the event)
10’ X 10’ Pop-up
no charge
OFF CAMPUS GROUPS

$225 plus setup fee and mileage

TABLES & CHAIRS
There are also tables and chairs that may be rented (for use in the tents only). Each 20' X 40' tent will hold twelve tables, seventy-two chairs and two tables for food. We have enough tables and chairs for the two 20' X 40' tents.
