UF Village

The UF Village opened in Fall of 2003.  UF purchased and renovated this building (which used to be a nursing home) in the Summer of 2003 and renovated it again in the Summer of 2008.  In addition to student rooms, the UF Village is also home to Career Services, Web Services, the Reading Center, the Hospitality Management program, and the Village Cafe.

Basic information about the UF Village
Bathrooms One is located on each wing of each floor.  Each individual room contains a half-bath with a sink and toilet.
Lobbies There are multiple study and social lobbies in this building.  Each wing has a study lobby and there are 1-3 social lobbies on each floor.
Mail Student mailboxes for residents of this building are located in the basement of Old Main.
Laundry There is a laundry room for residents of this facility on each floor.
Staff A resident assistant is on each floor of this building. A resident director oversees this building. Staff members are available to assist students in the Residence Life Staff Office in the UF Village from 8 p.m. - 12 midnight every day of the academic calendar.
Vending Machines Vending machines are located on the first West floor.
Pay Phones A pay phone is available in the lobby on the first floor.
