The University of Findlay is committed to providing a work and learning environment free of all forms of discrimination, including sexual harassment. This web-based program, which is required for all employees, discusses the importance of maintaining an environment that is free from sexual harassment. The program provides a means to evaluate your understanding of the information presented, as well as answers to common questions. While the program primarily focuses on sexual harassment, the principles it teaches apply essentially to all forms of discriminatory harassment.
