3. Problems with Blackboard Collaboration tools (both virtual classroom and lightweight chat):

Uninstall all versions of Java prior to
Version 5.0. B. Download and install
Java.
C. Restart your computer after installation is complete.
D. Please note that some firewalls block Blackboard Collaboration tools.
