Open Firefox
Click Tools (on menu bar) | Options | Click on Privacy.
You can clear History, Cache, Cookies either individually or click the Clear All button to clear all saved web information.
Then click OK to close the Options window.
Open Internet Explorer
Click Tools (on menu bar) |Â Internet Options | Clear History | Yes | OK again to close Internet Options.
Also click Temporary Internet Files | Settings.
Check for newer versions of stored pages:
Click the radio button that states: Every visit to the page
Click OK and then OK again to close Internet Options.
