This new password reset feature does *not* modify the existing Change Password process. If you remember your password, and want to change it, you may still use the Change Password icon to change it at any time. In addition, you may always continue to use our Technology Support Services group, if you choose, to assist with your password reset. This newly released feature simply grants you the additional ability to completely reset your password, in times where you have forgotten it, without requiring assistance from ITS.
