Our Give Voice to Your Values Campaign — the $40 million fundraising initiative we announced last fall — is gaining momentum. As of June 30, 2011, we have exceeded $23.5 million in funds raised - more than 59 percent of our goal - with nearly four years still to go. Thank you to all who have made a gift or a pledge! If you haven’t yet done so, please do — we need your help to keep the wonderful Findlay educational experience top-drawer and affordable.

I am very pleased to also report that one particular constituency — those who work here on campus either in the classroom or office — is responding enthusiastically to the campaign. Three hundred and forty-four faculty and staff members have thus far given or pledged more than $340,000 to the campaign! That’s more than 65 percent of our full-time employees.

The message here is clear: The people who know the University the best — faculty and staff who know that funds are used wisely and efficiently  — are investing in The University of Findlay’s future. They see every day what a positive difference the UF experience makes in the lives of our students and they are putting their money where it can do the most good.

Please follow their example and give generously. Your gift will help students for decades to come.
