The online maintenance request is located in the University's portal system. To enter this site, please:

• Click on the My Findlay tab located underneath the task bar
• Sign in with your user name and password
• Click the UF Intranet tab
• Click Submit a Maintenance Request
• Completely fill out the request form with as much detail as possible
