Addressing On-Campus Student Mail

Help us insure the timely delivery of your student's mail. Address your packages and letters following the sample below.

First-Class letters, magazines, and home newspapers are delivered to the student’s mailbox on the day they arrive. If the student receives a package, Express or otherwise, we will e-mail the student upon arrival.

If you are sending money or other valuables, it is best to send them in a way that the student will have to come to the Postal Services office to sign for it. We suggest United States Postal Service certified or registered mail; or one of the express service carriers, UPS, Fedex, etc.. (Express mail is not received on Saturdays.)
