With two exceptions each building has a set of mail boxes for student mail.

• Students who live in Bare, Fox, Morey and Myer pick up their mail in Bare
• Students who live in Deming and Lovett pick up their mail in Deming

Students are issued a key to a mail box upon arrival at the University. If the key is lost please contact the physical plant @ ext. 4544. There is a fee for a replacement key.

Each day, mail is delivered to the students by student couriers. If a student receives a package, he/she will find a yellow package slip in the mailbox. The student must bring the yellow slip along with his/her ID to pick up a package.

If a student receives express mail, Overnight, or 2nd Day package, the Postal Service staff will call the student or e-mail if he/she cannot be reached by phone. Please note that express mail is not received on Saturday.
