In order to maintain a consistent image in all of the University's publications and websites, we have developed several guidebooks and manuals that contain the information needed to help you be consistent. These tools contain information on:

How to use the UF logo and trademark guidelines;
How to get publicity and work with the media;
How to create publications and have them printed;
How to write copy for the website;
How to submit items for our internal newsletter; and
How to advertise and promote your program/project to the general public.

This site also contains forms for photography requests and photography model releases that you may download and use.
