Blanket Certificate of Exemption    

The University of Findlay is a tax-exempt institution.  Tax-exempt means no tax is paid for supplies bought for a campus event.  Take this form with you when you shop in order to receive the tax break!  Blanket Certificate of Exemption forms are available in the Business Office and in the Student Activities & Commuter Student Services Office.
