Facilities Scheduling & Building After Hours Access Policy
All buildings, classrooms, labs and facilities must be reserved, and authorization must be given by the Director of Facilities Scheduling and Events. The Facilities Office is the
only
office designated to give final approval for space usage.
If an event is canceled or changed, please notify the Facilities Office so the schedule Security uses to lock/unlock facilities can be immediately update, and os the space can be offered to another group who may wish to use it.
In addition, all buildings ,classrooms, labs and facilities on The University of Findlay Campus are opened and secured daily by the Office of Safety and acrid. University students and student assistant will
not
be granted access to buildings, classrooms, labs, or facilities by Security except with persimmon from the debarment head, professor, staff, or coach in conjunction with the Direct o of Facilities Scheduling and Events.
University students, who should need access to buildings, classroom,s labs, or facilities for lab or studying purposes, must have their professor submit a facilities request to the Direct of of Facilities Scheduling and Events by either written request or electronic permit.
Professors may
not
grant access to students without approval from the Director of FAcilities Scheduling and Events. Students found in buildings, classrooms, labs and facilities without Facilities approval will be asked to leave the facilities without question and an incident report generated..
No student or student assistant will be allowed access to any personnel office without written notification or permission from the employee assigned to that office.
