Subject: Purchase Requistions for Student Organizations

This is to confirm that student organizations needing a purchase order number for Sodexho services must have a quote from Sodexho attached to their requisition form in order for the requisition to be processed.  This will insure that Sodexho is aware of the organization's request and that the proper dollar amount is requested on the requisition form.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
