Forms for Public Information Services

The Public Information Team has created a set of forms to assist in the handling requests for services from the University community.

The services the team offeres have been grouped into:

• Creative Services requests - for print publications including brouchures, fliers, invitations and much more.
• Media Services requests - for approaching events that require publicity and media services.
• Web and Media Technology Services requests - for website and video services

An important aspect of the request process is to consider what the intent of the publication or project is, who the intended audience is, and whether the requested medium is the best way to reach that audience or accomplish that goal. We have desinged the forms to help you think through that process.

Please remember that when you make your request, your contribution to the process has not ended! We need you to be an active participant in the planning, design and execution of the project.  It is your project; we simply want to help you make it a success.
