SGA: Budget Request

SGA Budget Requests
  

At the beginning of each semester, SGA makes available the necessary paperwork for your organization to submit a budget request.  First, however, your group needs to have events planned, so that you can request proper funding.  Once you have a plan for your event:  

1.    Complete Budget Request Form (available from SGA Office, Facilities Office or Student Activities Office)

2.    Complete Funding Verification Form

3.    Submit Funding Verification, with one copy of Budget Request Form, to Director of Facilities Scheduling and Events.

4.    Submit approved Funding Verification Form and Budget Request Form to SGA for review.

5.    Choose a knowledgeable representative to attend SGA budget meeting to answer questions regarding your budget request.

6.    Regularly submit a copy of the organization’s meeting minutes to the Student Senate throughout the semester.  These minutes need to include the date, time and place of your next scheduled meeting.
