Re:          Requisitions

In Student Government's continued effort to help, not hinder, student organizations, and keep things moving along, requisitions will no longer require advisor signatures UNLESS the amount of funding being requisitioned is $4,000 or more.  Realizing that advisors play a key role in assisting organizations function, advisors signatures WILL still be required on ALL budget request forms.  This small change will help club officers, SGA, and business office staff keep bills from being paid late, help avoide hand-pays, and hopefully, make turn around time for P.O. requests faster so that outside businesses can be contacted quickly.  This should help rush delivery and products not being delivered on time.
