Class of 2013

A Message from Derek Putnam, senior class president

My name is Derek Putnam and I am your senior class president on UF's Student Government Association. One of the duties I am charged with is to select the project the senior class gift will support and collect gifts in support of the project. You can click HERE to learn about how the Class of 2013 is partnering with the Class of 1963 50th Class Reunion.

Did you know?

Senior Class giving partnering with the 50th Class Reunion Giving has become a legacy at UF. Many landmarks, scholarships and new rooms have been built and dedicated by classes leaving their mark. For example, the walking track in the Koehler Complex was funded by a partnership between the class of 2011 and the reunion class of 1961.

The fundraising goal set for this year’s Senior Class Gift is a very attainable $10,000. There are 665 students graduating, and if EVERY senior makes a gift of at least $20.13 in honor of our graduating year, we can not only reach our goal, but we can exceed the amounts raised by previous classes!

A commemorative plaque will be placed in the Davis St. Building acknowledging our support along with the individual names of those giving more than $100. How great is that?

Giving to the 2013 Senior Class Gift is easy! Just click the button below to get started.

Participation is the key to our success. So, any gift, no matter how big or small, WILL make a difference!

In Oiler Pride,
Derek Putnam

Senior Class President
