The online maintenance request is located in the University's portal system. To enter this site, please:
- Click Links on the upper right corner of the Homepage
- Click on My Findlay located in the upper left area
- Sign in with your user name and password
- Click the UF Intranet tab
- Click Submit a Maintenance Request
- Completely fill out the request form with as much detail as possible
