The University Grant Library
The University of Findlay has numerous volumes by The Foundation
Center and other organizations that can be utilized for researching funding
sources. These volumes are located in the Office of Pre-Award Sponsored Programs
in CROY 206. A list of the volumes is attached. Again, since most of these volumes are several years old, it is suggested that you use them as an
initial resource only.
Foundation Center Cooperating Collections
The Foundation Center has over 200 libraries across the United
States that house cooperating collections for the Center. There is a collection
at the reservation desk at the Hancock County Library.
The cooperating collections consist of directories, newsletters, IRS Form 990s,
and an online FC Search Database which are used to research sources of
grant funding from foundations.
There are a few central websites where
you can access information about Request for Proposals (RFPs) or grant
guidelines that have been issued by different funding agencies.
